Dr. Michael Schill, Jr. is a Chiropractor serving the Elmwood Park and surrounding communities since 1981. He graduated in October 1980 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. Dr. Schill graduated as Class President, Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Schill has completed over 500 hours in post graduate work since graduation.

Dr. Schill specializes in the diagnosis and relief of mechanical spinal pain. He uses many diversified techniques in treating pain and postural distortions. Dr. Schill utilities low force flexion distraction, myofacial release, Activator and SOT method along with the traditional Palmer Package in his approach. He has seen improvement even in the most difficult back cases that have not responded to medications, physical therapy, and other traditional treatments. Whether you suffer with a herniated disc, pain and radiation into the arms and/or legs, or neuromuscular involvement, his vast experience and clinically proven technique will help to reduce your pain and symptomology.

Since 2005 Dr. Schill has been performing MUA’s (Manipulation Under Anesthesia). This treatment is for patients with Degenerative Disc Disease, Fibro adhesions (scar tissue), and Chronic long standing pain. This technique helps to decrease pain quickly. The results are increased range of motion and improved joint function.

In service to his community Dr. Schill has served as past President of the Elmwood Park Rotary Club. He also served on the Elmwood Park Board of Education for 9 years and severed as a member of the Sparta Board of Education for 3 years. Dr. Schill is still executive Vice President of the Elmwood Park Chamber of Commerce.
